Breaking News: New Locations Including Gypsum
As of September classes will no longer be at the Cascade Club.
In order to take advantage of an opportunity to start a new Martial Arts
program, at the Gypsum Recreation Center,
I am combining my two programs in Vail into one at the
Vail Recreation District Gymnastic Center.
The fall schedule is as follows:

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are available in the following styles: Kick Aerobic, Tai Chi,
Kick Boxing, Ju-jitsu, Aikido, King fu, Kenpo, Philippine stick fighting,
Personal Self-protection and Family Self-protection. The purpose of individual
instruction is to be able to break out of a set pattern of teaching to better
explore individual goals.
Out-of-town visitors on vacation or work travel are encouraged to take a
private lesson while in town.

SEMINARS
The Vail Academy of Martial Arts offers award-winning consulting workshops at
your location or ours including Corporate Team Building, Executive Hand to Hand
Combat Training, Travel Safety Through Perparation and Awareness, Women's
Self-protection, The Manly Man (An emotional survival course for men in the
21st Centurn), Survival Tactics of the Creative Parent, Mother/Daughter Safety
Program and Children's Safety & Kidnap Prevention.
